  • I’m 40 this year, and I’ve always been this person he said, lots of big goals, but never really manage to achieve them. Breaking down in smaller marginal improvement sounded simple, but it’s really not that easy.

    Reading through the comment made me realised so many of you face the same thing, and made me wanna try it all again

  • I’ve watched this videos years ago multiple times. If I could list everything I had accomplished… (4 languages, learned how to play about 6 instruments, lived in 4 countries, traveled to a few others, crossed the US alone on a motorcycle, now running my own business, having my investments and retirement is in somehow already guaranteed. It is crazy how it can sound extraordinary to some people as they see me as some kind of intelligent or gifted person, and in fact I am just a regular guy with a serious attention deficit that does a little tiny bit everyday and as I’ve never had any support, it is one way highway, do it or research, test, and do it. Very grateful for the opportunity to watch this video again and realize, holy smokes, neither I believe what I’ve already done haha life is fun, smile while you still got teeth.

  • Sorry to say this in the big picture, but after you’ve completed that many years as a successful, financial hedge fund manager, most of those little things are a lot easier, you’re forgetting about the function of time with most people, 90% of people on the planet are working two jobs

    @tavishmacdonald8988 20 de março de 2026 19:02 Responder
  • It seems he can just end his work day without starting immediately house chores… wake up next day and do it all over again… must be good. Working in finances probably helped too.
