  • I have so enjoyed this pastor teaching through Samuel, Pastor Daniel Batarseh, he has such a gift at communicating a depth of the OT that has really stood out to me. I guess different teachers and preachers hit each of us differently, but for me, this guy has been amazing to listen to. As I study out the text, I just don't grasp the things that he does, now he probably studies longer than I do, but it has been really encouraging….

  • Hmm some really good parallels to us anChrist, yet I still cant get past the fact that David was already married to Michal, and also in nearly the same breath he married some1 else as well. Would it not have been so good if he ha suggested hef for one pf his most trusted SINGLE guys? What a blessing he could have been to some man giving such a godly wife to someone who didnt have one…
I mean one of ur earlier studies about Elkanah pointed out the trouble and jealousys that come from multiple wives as shown in EVERY example of it in the Bible…

  • “Am I willing for my pride to be hurt, so that the genuinely hurting can be healed?” Vs. 25. Assessing myself to reconcile. 💜

  • I saw Avigail as a type of the Holy Spirit as i did Jonathan. David as the type of Christ and Nabal as the flesh
